European Health Catapult: Compete and show off for international investors!
About: The European Health Catapult is a training and competition programme that boosts the development of top-notch European health start-ups. Every year we are looking for the best 42 business ideas from MedTech, BioTech and Digital Health, to introduce to international experts and investors from the whole EIT Health community. Voted one of the six best biotech events in Europe!
Who can apply? SME’s (<50 employees) and spin-offs, active in Medtech, BioTech and Digital Health. Must operate in an EU country.

European Bridgehead Programme: Grow your market in a European incubator
About: The Bridgehead Programme provides European start-ups and scale-ups within health access to a large network of incubators in international markets. They are given support for soft-landings and facilitates market entry beyond home markets. It offers services, resources and vacant physical space to start-ups that need it. There are two different programmes in 2020.
The European Bridgehead Programme offers individualised internationalisation support within the large European incubator network.
Who can apply? Digital Health companies (eHealth, mHealth, Clinical decision support, Big Data and MedTech, Lifetech and Biotech with a digital component)

Investor Network: Connects you to European investors
About: Early-to-late development stage fundraising. As a European network connecting health investors and promising start-ups through cross-border financing and co-investments, the EIT Health Investor Network is the first pan-European network only focused on financing health innovation. The programme helps entrepreneurs enter markets quicker and more effectively.
Who can apply? Start-ups seeking funding from €500k to €10m.

Global Bridgehead Programme: Tailored support for international expansion
About: The Bridgehead Programme is an infrastructure programme which provides European start-ups and scale-ups within health access to a large network of incubators in international markets. They are given support for soft-landings and facilitates market entry beyond home markets. It offers services, resources and vacant physical space to start-ups that need it. There are two different programmes in 2020.
The Global Bridgehead Programme facilitates efficient scale out of European start-ups outside Europe and prepares the steps and the ground for international expansion. This programme is tailored and flexible to provide the best fit with start-up needs.
Who can apply? Digital Health companies (eHealth, mHealth, Clinical decision support, Big Data and MedTech, Lifetech and Biotech, with a digital component)

EIT Health Gold Track: Individualised programme for high-potential start-ups
About: The EIT Health Gold Track is an individualised mentorship programme designed to nurture high-potential start-ups and SMEs to become global players. The selected companies will spend up to a year working one-on-one with a handpicked mentor, who is an industry expert, successful entrepreneur or seasoned investor. The programme is designed to achieve ambitious goals within accelerated timelines.
Who can apply? Mature start-ups or SMEs with ambition to expand international market reach.

EIT Health & Aescuvest Crowdfunding Platform
About: The EIT Health Crowdfunding platform run in collaboration with Aescuvest, and is the first pan-European crossborder crowdfunding platform for healthcare start-ups. Applying companies undergo a comprehensive selection process.
Who can apply? Mature start-ups or SMEs searching for equity of at least €500k.
